MEET THE CONSULTANT

Oliver Hauff graduated with an MSc (Diplom) from the University of Passau majoring in the subjects of marketing, strategy and information management. He also attended study programs in Canada, South Africa and Spain before and during his university studies. While graduating he joined with a worldwide recognized consulting group where he developed widely recognized M&A strategies.

In 2005 he joined with his family`s business and became an executive director and, later on, CEO, responsible for the areas of marketing, strategy, production and sales. During this seven-year period he realigned the company strategically and was responsible for the successful development of highly future-oriented markets.

In 2012 the company as a whole was transferred to a major non-family group holding where Oliver Hauff became a board member with responsibilities largely unchanged. As part of his positions of responsibility he was involved in several M&A and carve-out activities during that time.
